After dancing with her new boyfriend (a rope) she develops a lasting relationship with it until death do they part, soon afterwards. At least for once she got the last word, even if it took her last breath.

Barbie is a girl earning a living (a call girl that is). Her John (Shelby, who else) is a mad med student on a mission. Looking for a fresh body to study. He strangles her then takes her to his make shift morgue, undresses, and disposes of the body.
