Jackie is a showgirl doing an audition for a job. The guy and his partner strangle her with nylon stocking and then stab her to death. Her sister who goes looking for her meets a similar fate.

Next Jackie is a beautiful spy dressed as a harem girl, that tries to drug a secret agent. He turns the table on her by drugging her and then has to kill her because of what she knows. He takes his leather belt soaks it in a sink, then puts it under a hot light until it strangles her.

The last segment is the first interview of new Scream Queen, Jackie Wolf, dressed in a spider outfit. She then takes her top off and becomes a willing human sacrifice, dying in a slow and bloody sexy fashion.
