Bennie the stain, a deviant drug dealer by nature tries to come clean by staying with his "born-again" sister Holly (played by Liz Bathory). Holly spends her time caring for a disabled drug addict (Henry Krinkle). Before Bennie can arrive Holly begins having premonitions of being violently bound and asphyxiated with electric cords. Bennie, not wanting to offend his sisters pure Christian ears, refuses her the details of his horrific confrontations with the electric cord strangler until tragedy strikes again. The horrific cycle of bondage, tickling and asphyxiation begins again! Bennie offers up the description of the graphic deaths of his last female employees (Marie Mazure,Tiger Lilly). Via flashback, in an attempt to warn his sister of the dangers of being associated with a dreg of society like himself. Will Bennie be able to thwart the electric cord strangler's attempts at snuffing out his sister or will the villain claim another of Bennie's prized beauties?
