SYNOPSIS: Doug - a horror movie fan - and Ralis - lead singer of a rock band - team up to shoot one of the goriest, most blood-soaked horror films ever made, the script calling for intense and graphic scenes of torture, mutilation, decapitation and dismemberment. As production begins, Doug is amazed by Ralis' shocking and horrific special fx that literally pulsate with life-like realism. He soon discovers the on-screen murders are not fx wizardry at all - they are actual snuff atrocities being carried out by Ralis for the sake of the movie and the gorging of his own psychotic bloodlust. One by one as the actors are slaughtered in the most hideous ways, Doug finds himself sinking deeper into the gruesome nightmare...yet fascinated by the extreme real-life carnage and his growing taste for flesh-mangling brutality.
